About the role

  • Frontend (React) Develop UI in React (TypeScript). Implement state management, routing, and component libraries. Ensure performance, accessibility, and clean architecture.
  • Backend & APIs (Node.js) Build backend services (Node.js/TypeScript). Design REST/GraphQL APIs. Implement validation, caching, rate limiting, and security.
  • AI Integration Integrate LLM capabilities via APIs/SDKs. Collaborate with AI teams on orchestration and RAG. Monitor latency, cost, and quality.
  • Data & Storage Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis. Optimize schema design and performance. Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Cloud & DevOps Deploy on Azure/AWS using Docker. Support Kubernetes deployments. Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
  • Quality & Reliability Maintain code quality via reviews and testing. Ensure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaboration Work with product, design, and engineering teams. Break down requirements and propose solutions. Contribute to shared components and standards.​

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1+ year frontend experience.
  • 3+ years backend experience (2+ years Node.js).
  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  • Experience with AI integrations and large datasets.
  • Cloud and DevOps knowledge.
  • Git and CI/CD experience.
  • Agile experience.
  • English & Czech proficiency.
  • Understanding of secure coding and AI security.
