About the role

  • Lead full lifecycle rollout of EMR, CRM, Talkdesk, mobile app and data platforms
  • Develop and maintain detailed rollout plans, timelines and risk management frameworks
  • Coordinate data migration, system integrations and go-live readiness
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and drive adoption within clinical teams
  • Align regional and local leadership across multiple markets
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and local healthcare regulations
  • Define and track KPIs such as system adoption, operational efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Identify cross-market dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
  • Provide structured updates to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Rollout Management or IT Implementation
  • Mandatory background in healthcare, pharma, fertility or digital health
  • Experience with EMR and CRM implementations is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Ability to travel within Scandinavia (Finnland, Sweden)
  • Languages: Fluent English (mandatory)
  • One Scandinavian language (Swedish, Finnish) – big plus
