• Lead development and delivery of high-quality higher-education engineering programmes.
• Design and review digitally delivered, research-informed curriculum aligned to graduate employment skills.
• Oversee and support module leaders and subject teams to ensure programme consistency and student progression.
• Lead programme quality assurance including monitoring reviews, audits, assessment design and delivery.
• Use learner analytics and digital platforms to track progress and implement interventions to support student success.
• Develop new module content, support course proposals, and contribute to the content innovation pipeline.
• Collaborate with external networks, industry partners and academic bodies to enhance programme relevance and reach.
• Line-manage academic staff, deliver observations, and contribute to professional development planning.
• Champion inclusivity and accessibility in curriculum and delivery, responding to learner diversity and needs.
• Participate in internal committees and academic working groups, and represent FutureLearn externally as required.
• Contribute to research, scholarship, and knowledge transfer initiatives across the organisation.
