About the role
- Lead Full-Stack Development: Architect and implement core platform features across Rails, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate Microsoft Ecosystems: Design and manage secure, performant integrations with Microsoft Graph APIs for automated data acquisition.
- Capture and Manage Evidence: Build data flows and UI workflows that ingest and validate compliance artifacts.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to translate complex requirements into simple, maintainable solutions.
- Scale and Secure: Apply best practices in performance tuning, security, and maintainability for SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-stack development
- 4+ years in Ruby on Rails and React
- Ability to design scalable, secure systems and data models for multi-tenant SaaS
- Proven track record integrating Microsoft Graph APIs and services (Intune, Defender, etc.)
- Strong understanding of OAuth, scopes, and permissions across Microsoft identity and data APIs
- Proficiency in React, MUI, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling
- U.S. citizen or green card holder residing in the United States
