About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for planning, delivering and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across Decanter's global events portfolio.
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience engagement and commercial performance.
  • Work closely with editorial, commercial, design, digital and events teams.
  • Help bring Decanter's world-class events to life through compelling marketing campaigns while contributing ideas, insights and recommendations to shape future campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in events marketing or multi-channel marketing, with responsibility for delivering commercial and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience marketing live events with responsibility for driving ticket sales and audience growth.
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, partnerships and content marketing.
  • Experience using CRM, email marketing and CMS platforms to deliver campaigns and maintain engaging, accurate website content.
  • Confident using Google Workspace and creative tools such as Canva, with experience producing clear, detailed briefs for designers, photographers and videographers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across websites, email campaigns and customer communications.
  • WSET Level 3 qualification (or above), or equivalent wine industry knowledge, is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site marketing support at UK and international events when required.
