About the role

  • Lead a complex, global transformation that touches over 100 brands, multiple platforms and teams across two continents.
  • Manage migrations across both UK and US brands while ensuring compliance, customer-centricity and commercial growth.
  • Oversee the successful design, governance and delivery of our subscriptions platform migration programme.
  • Lead a core programme team that includes the US Programme Manager and two Marketing Migration Leads to ensure work is in consideration of the roadmap and programme outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of programme/project leadership experience in digital, IT or subscription-based businesses.
  • Prove success delivering transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of agile delivery and programme governance.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with technical delivery teams.
  • Work across time zones with occasional early or late meetings
  • Knowledge of how to analyse and interpret data
  • Experience with platform migrations or large-scale system implementations.
  • Experience balancing commercial, regulatory and customer needs in decision-making.
