About the role
- Lead a complex, global transformation that touches over 100 brands, multiple platforms and teams across two continents.
- Manage migrations across both UK and US brands while ensuring compliance, customer-centricity and commercial growth.
- Oversee the successful design, governance and delivery of our subscriptions platform migration programme.
- Lead a core programme team that includes the US Programme Manager and two Marketing Migration Leads to ensure work is in consideration of the roadmap and programme outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of programme/project leadership experience in digital, IT or subscription-based businesses.
- Prove success delivering transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of agile delivery and programme governance.
- Hands-on experience working directly with technical delivery teams.
- Work across time zones with occasional early or late meetings
- Knowledge of how to analyse and interpret data
- Experience with platform migrations or large-scale system implementations.
- Experience balancing commercial, regulatory and customer needs in decision-making.
