Finance Manager, Management Accounts

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in reviewing existing processes and driving continuous improvement across the month-end close.
- Act as the key problem solver for the B2C management accounting team.
- Provide support, analysis and expertise wherever required across the team to create a more automated and efficient month-end process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with strong technical knowledge.
- Proven experience in management accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting.
- Experience applying AI or automation tools within a finance function to improve efficiency and accuracy.
