Own email marketing, retention, and growth strategy across Future’s Women’s Lifestyle properties (Who What Wear, Who What Wear UK, Marie Claire, Marie Claire UK, The Thirty)
Manage email acquisition strategy end-to-end, run site-wide behavioral campaigns, and optimize for incremental subscriber conversion
Own email and partnerships content strategy, prioritizing traffic, affiliate, and media revenue goals
Develop subscriber nurture campaigns to move users down the loyalty funnel and optimize organic traffic growth across off-platform partnerships
Manage a team of email marketers to strategize and execute email campaigns
Collaborate with editorial and auxiliary teams to implement content strategy and drive revenue goals
Requirements
Proven experience implementing the content strategy with editorial and auxiliary teams
Expert in HTML and basic understanding of CSS
Strong experience using an ESP such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, or Selligent
Proficient in Google Analytics and building custom reports
Expert in email segmentation, automation, and journeys
Experience in copywriting, proofreading, and copy editing
Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud tools, or Canva Pro
Proficient in Marfeel and other audience tools to drive insights
Proven success using analytics tools to drive content strategy with editorial teams across various brands
