• Lead execution and optimization of programmatic revenue across premium digital portfolio
• Define, communicate, and implement programmatic monetization strategy across open exchange, PMP, and PG channels
• Manage floor pricing, auction dynamics, and inventory allocation to maximize yield
• Oversee header bidding integrations (such as prebid and GAM) and ensure SSP configurations are optimized
• Maintain Premium Programmatic and Open Exchange forecasts and present to leadership with strategy narrative
• Manage financial aspects of programmatic operations including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with BI and analysts to develop dashboards monitoring CPMs, fill rates, win rates, and revenue per impression
• Build and deepen executive-level partnerships with SSPs, pricing, privacy, and data/identity vendors
• Represent company at industry conferences and evangelize programmatic strategies
• Troubleshoot ad tech issues and partner with Product and Engineering to maintain ad tech stack
• Attract and mentor a team of yield analysts and programmatic specialists
• Partner with Sales and Finance to align yield strategies with forecasting and revenue goals
