About the role
- The Partnerships team are responsible for the commercial and legal relationship with our general insurance partners across Motor and Van insurance
- We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to lead and grow our insurance partner relationships, focusing on Motoring and Van verticals. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in delivering commercial income and performance targets in line with our business strategy. You will report in to our Head of Motoring Partnerships.

Requirements
- Experience managing strategic relationships with insurance partners (Admiral, Aviva, Churchill, LV, Tesco)
- Experience growing revenues through partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills; understanding of complex commercial models
- Track record identifying and delivering new business opportunities
- Strong ability to develop, agree and maintain commercial contracts
- Prior experience in account or relationship management
