About the role
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technical profiles, and hiring priorities
- Design and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies across multiple channels that consistently generate a high-quality pipeline
- Manage a backlog of sourcing experiments across existing and emerging channels
- Proactively engage candidates where they are - not just professional networks but also social platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, networks, and employee referral sources
- Develop and deliver compelling, personalized outreach that reflects CollegeVine’s employer brand
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess technical alignment, career goals, motivations, compensation expectations, and potential concerns
- Own the accuracy and health of sourcing pipelines in Ashby
- Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics
Requirements
- Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter
- Hands-on experience with diverse sourcing techniques, including experimentation with new channels
- Strong ability to engage talent through social media, digital communities, and professional networks
- Experience conducting initial candidate screens
- Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
