About the role
- Structure and maintain the project management methodologies, standards, and processes of the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Manage and monitor the project portfolio for the services directorate.
- Define governance, monitoring, and reporting models for projects.
- Consolidate and present executive reports and project performance indicators.
- Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance.
- Ensure standardization of project documentation, schedules, and project controls.
- Support project leaders and managers in driving initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Support audits, governance controls, and quality initiatives related to projects.
- Act as an interface between the directorate, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Valid PMO certification required.
- Solid experience in project management and working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Governance and project portfolio management
