Salary
💰 CHF 5,500 - CHF 6,000 per month
About the role
- Identify and contact potential restaurant partners through outbound calls and visits
- Present the Future Kitchens® model and explain how it helps kitchens grow their business
- Qualify leads based on performance potential and location criteria
- Conduct meetings (online and on-site) and close new partners
- Keep our CRM up to date with notes, outcomes, and next steps
- Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to refine strategy and market focus
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
- Excellent command of German and French (English is a plus)
- Driver’s licence: you’ll visit partners across Switzerland
- Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by daily targets
- Bonus: Experience in food service, hospitality, or SaaS sales
