About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver hands-on trainings on AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools and other digital applications
Develop and produce learning materials such as presentations, scripts, exercises, prompt templates, checklists, instructional videos and practical assignments
Plan and conduct live sessions, workshops, Q&A formats and hands-on application units
Support participants throughout the learning process by answering questions, providing feedback and guiding exercises
Teach AI fundamentals, prompting, use cases, data protection and ethics basics, and concrete AI workflows for everyday professional use
Assist with practical projects and the transfer of AI knowledge into real work processes
Continuously further develop training content based on new tools, trends and course feedback
Collaborate with the team on course design, quality assurance and didactic improvement of learning formats

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong practical experience with AI tools and digital applications
Ability to explain complex content in a simple and understandable way
Experience in training, coaching or content creation is an advantage
Interest in continuing education, technology and practical knowledge transfer
Structured, reliable and communicative work style
Enjoyment in supporting people in learning and applying AI
