About the role
- Execute and optimise lifecycle marketing and member engagement campaigns across email, SMS, app notifications, and direct mail
- Support the strategic development of lifecycle marketing programs alongside the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns end to end, from planning and build through to launch, reporting, and optimisation
- Contribute to customer journey mapping by applying customer insights, data, and channel expertise
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Operations, Communications, and Marketing to deliver effective, compliant campaigns.
Requirements
- Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
- Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
- Has specialist experience within email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or martech
- Has built, tested and reported on end-to-end multi-channel journeys
- Knows channel best practices: deliverability and sender reputation, dark mode, HTML nuances, consent and preferences, SMS basics
- Is confident using data for segmentation and insights, and can recommend actions that move the numbers in meaningful ways
- Is comfortable working in regulated environments, and collaborating with compliance/risk/legal
- Has enough MarTech understanding to work well with (and ask the right questions of) technical teams.
- Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are:
- Whilst Braze-specific experience isn't necessary, experience with a similarly advanced system would be ideal (e.g. DotDigital, Marketo, Customer.io, SFMC etc etc)
