About the role

  • Responsible for revenue development and increasing sales volume in your sales territory.
  • Build and establish reev as a strong brand and preferred partner among wholesalers, installers, trade associations, end customers, hardware planners and engineers.
  • Acquire new customers through various channels and on-site visits.
  • Expand existing customer relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Responsible for processing and following up on inside-sales leads.
  • Maintain an active market presence by attending trade shows, events and training sessions.
  • Collect market and customer feedback and provide structured reports to Sales, Marketing and Product.

Requirements

  • You have already gained sales experience in electrical wholesale, with manufacturers, or in technical B2B sales.
  • You speak the "electrician's language" and understand their decision-making processes.
  • You are strong at closing deals, assertive and enjoy proactive new customer acquisition.
  • You excel at relationship building, negotiation and closing.
  • You work with a high degree of ownership, are results-oriented and hands-on.
  • Fluent German skills and very good English for international collaboration complete your profile.
  • You are willing to spend approximately 60% of your time in the field (company car included).
