About the role

- Supporting the executive team with strategic decisions through sound performance analyses.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree, e.g. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Media Management or a comparable field.
- You have several years of experience in performance marketing.
- You have a holistic understanding of performance marketing.
- You are able to interpret performance data and derive clear, economically sensible decisions from it.
- You work in a structured way and take responsibility for results.
- You have the potential and the ambition to take on technical/functional leadership.
- Clear communication, receptiveness to feedback and decisiveness come naturally to you.
- You bring a hands-on mentality.
