About the role

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Cypress, Selenium, and Playwright
  • Build and maintain mobile test suites with Appium for iOS and Android platforms
  • Perform API testing and automation using Postman and REST Assured
  • Conduct load, stress, and performance testing with JMeter and k6
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage across all layers
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast feedback
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation for regression and release cycles
  • Work remotely with US-based team members and clients; be available for meetings as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in QA automation or software testing
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of: Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Appium
  • Strong background in API testing using Postman and REST Assured
  • Proficiency in performance/load testing with JMeter or k6
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python)
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and defect management
  • Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android) using Appium
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely with US-based team members and clients and overlap hours
