About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the insight, the concept, and the visual vision for campaigns and shoots
  • Direct the shoot creatively: cast and select talent, find and brief influencers, and decide the look, the props, and the set
  • Own customer interviews and testimonials end to end, from casting to concept
  • Coordinate with product and operations on big launches, like a new country or a hardware drop
  • Brief the social strategists
  • Carry every concept from the first idea to the final frame

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of coming up with sharp ideas
  • Strong visual eye
  • Experience running everything from casting to final cut or final shoot
  • 3+ years experience as an Art Director
