Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely within product to build the core digital infrastructure for a next-generation energy company
- Engineer backend infrastructure that is second-to-none
- Construct a real-time digital twin of renewable generation and customer demand
- Develop messaging interfaces with third-party providers
- Build high-volume pipelines for processing customer energy consumption
- Build the backend of a world class energy app
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable excellence as a Software Engineer
- Ideally 2+ years experience
- Proven ability to define and build complex systems
- Hands-on experience shipping highly-available production systems
- Clear communication
- Bonus
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. AWS CDK)
- Experience in the Energy sector
- Experience shipping consumer-facing products
