About the role

  • Technical supervision and maintenance of approximately 30 sites
  • Support with fault remediation, maintenance, inspections and repairs on a wide range of building services systems
  • Monitoring and verification of delivered services with respect to quality, cost and adherence to deadlines
  • Management and coordination of subcontractors
  • Supervision, acceptance and billing of maintenance, refurbishment and expansion works
  • Technical planning and implementation of special services (repairs, renewals, etc.)
  • Defect handling and warranty management within the scope of responsibility
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of our Facility Management area

Requirements

  • University degree (Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management) and/or technical training in electrical engineering, HVAC, heating, ventilation or sanitary engineering with technician/master qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in a comparable role
  • Strong service orientation
  • Good knowledge of DGUV, DIN, VdS and GEFMA standards
  • Good knowledge of building regulations (LBO), construction contract rules (VOB) and HOAI; ideally experienced in administrative matters
  • Confident and professional manner in interactions with various stakeholders
  • Experience in project management, with planning and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of CAFM software and CAD is desirable
  • High quality standards, team player and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel; driving licence class B
