About the role

  • Support for the head of administration and participation in the conception and handling of personnel-related matters
  • Support in planning and implementing projects in the administrative area
  • Coordination and monitoring of administrative processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
  • Maintain statistics and reports relating to costs and expenditures
  • Maintenance and management of data, documents and distribution lists
  • Support in personnel administration
  • Fleet and company car administration
  • Handling incoming mail and distributing it to the responsible departments
  • Review, account assignment and processing of overhead invoices
  • Resolution of open items and coordination with internal departments and external service providers
  • Requesting and ordering of consumables
  • General administrative and office duties

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial/administrative training or comparable qualification
  • Trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO) is an advantage
  • Preferably at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Meticulous, structured, conscientious and goal-oriented work style
  • Discretion, commitment, high degree of independent working, teamwork and reliability are required
