About the role

  • Global Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients, global housing partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and housing needs of assigned accounts with tailored, profitable, brand-aligned solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships, negotiate vendor agreements, and drive client satisfaction.
  • Source and secure accommodations globally, select partners, negotiate rates and terms.
  • Manage booking lifecycle: proposals, contracts, DocuSign leases, and client communications.
  • Ensure service delivery with internal teams; maintain brand standards and profitability.
  • Conduct property tours and inspections; ensure readiness and quality standards.
  • Maintain data and reporting across Salesforce, Oscar, and internal systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends and develop professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry certification (CRP, GMS, CHPA) preferred
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate housing, mobility, hospitality, or a related field with a global client base
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and delivering tailored housing solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience securing favorable pricing and contract terms
  • Financial acumen with the ability to calculate rates, margins, and pricing structures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce; familiarity with Oscar is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a strong asset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, vendor visits, trade shows, and market tours
