About the role

  • Invoicing and payment management (Finance)
  • Processing incoming invoices and payment information
  • Verification, posting and maintenance of invoices and payments in the relevant systems
  • Reconciling incoming payments, maintaining payment status and resolving discrepancies
  • Sending reminders and dunning notices
  • Escalation of outstanding receivables, including with debt collection agencies and payment service providers
  • Support with travel expense management
  • Participation in regular billing processes (e.g., quarterly reconciliations)
  • Maintenance and structured filing of finance-related data and documents

  • Creating and maintaining orders in the B2B environment
  • Sending invoices and providing operational support to our retailers
  • Handling inquiries about order and invoice status, cancellations and corrections
  • Supporting product-specific inquiries

  • Creation and onboarding of new B2B partners
  • Management and development of the B2B shop
  • Maintaining and updating product catalogs
  • Preparing and sending newsletters
  • Responsible for certificate management (e.g., TÜV, OEKO-TEX, where applicable GS mark): administration, monitoring expiry dates, timely renewals
  • Creating and maintaining CE declarations of conformity for our products in cooperation with external testing labs and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with EU regulations and standards (e.g., relevant EN standards, REACH, product safety requirements; preferably within an ISO 9001 framework)
  • Creating and maintaining product passports as well as our product management sheet and product specifications as the single source of truth
  • Creating, updating and maintaining safety instructions, warning labels and care instructions — both on Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and in packaging/inserts

Requirements

  • Commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping and product quality
  • Confident use of digital tools (ideally DATEV, Billbee, Shopify)
  • Structured, careful and independent working style
  • Analytical, organized and detail-oriented approach, combined with pragmatism and strong execution skills
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams and external partners
  • High sense of responsibility and process awareness
  • Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing topics in the long term
