About the role

  • Do you enjoy juggling numbers, invoices and processes while bringing order and clarity?
  • Invoice and payment management (Finance)
  • Processing incoming invoices and payment information
  • Reviewing, posting and maintaining invoices and payments in the relevant systems
  • Reconciling incoming payments, updating payment statuses and resolving discrepancies
  • Sending reminders and dunning notices
  • Escalation of outstanding receivables, including work with collections and payment service providers
  • Support with travel expense management
  • Assistance with regular settlements (e.g., quarterly settlements)
  • Maintenance and structured filing of finance-relevant data and documents
  • Creation and maintenance of purchase orders in the B2B environment
  • Invoice dispatch and operational support for our retailers
  • Handling inquiries about order and invoice status, cancellations and corrections
  • Support with product-specific queries
  • Point of contact for existing and new retailers
  • Creation and onboarding of new B2B partners
  • Support and development of the B2B shop
  • Maintenance and updating of product catalogs
  • Creation and distribution of newsletters

Requirements

  • Commercial training (e.g., apprenticeship) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping
  • Confident use of digital tools (ideally DATEV, Billbee, Shopify)
  • Structured, careful and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills in dealings with internal teams and external partners
  • High sense of responsibility and process awareness
  • Enjoy helping to shape and optimize topics over the long term
