About the role

  • Define and drive the product roadmap, shaping FunNow’s/ Eatigo’s/NiceDay’s evolution based on research insights, user behavior analysis, and growth opportunities.
  • Advocate for user needs at every step, translating them into concrete product requirements and crafting delightful experiences that directly move key growth metrics.
  • Leverage data analytics and experimentation frameworks (Google Analytics or equivalent) to measure performance, run A/B tests, identify optimization opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage the product pipeline with expertise, prioritizing features, and reporting directly to the Product Director for efficient execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, engineers, marketing) to ensure seamless product development and launch successful features.
  • Integrate AI tools throughout the product development cycle — from analyzing user feedback, summarizing research, generating competitive benchmarks, drafting PRDs or feature specs, ideating growth experiments, creating user communication copies, to automating repetitive tasks — to speed up execution and make decisions more data-informed.
  • Run alpha and beta releases, gather user feedback, and conduct post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science/Engineering a bonus)
  • 4-5 years of experience in managing B2C mobile products in an Agile environment , ideally with direct involvement in growth experimentation or growth loops.
  • Solid understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Agile expertise: Strong experience managing a backlog using JIRA (or equivalent), defining user stories, and writing acceptance criteria.
  • Prototyping prowess: Ability to create wireframes (if needed) and collaborate with UX/UI on design prototypes.
  • Technical savviness: A plus point is a background in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, Ruby, Java, C/C++, SQL & non-SQL DBs, Elastic Search, etc.
  • Cross-platform experience: A highly valuable asset is knowledge of and experience working with diverse mobile platforms.
  • Strong user-centric mindset and deep empathy for FunNow’s/ Eatigo target audience and proven track record of driving product growth and delivering impactful features
  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to build trust and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Good English communication skills
