About the role
- Identify potential restaurant partners through market research, industry insights, and networking.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and partnerships to generate leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to approach prospective restaurant partners.
- Conduct presentations and pitches to present convincing business cases to demonstrate clear value of our services
- Negotiate terms and conditions of merchant agreements, including pricing, fees, and contractual terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective restaurant partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective restaurant partners, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales operations to ensure restaurant partners’ satisfaction at the point of onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the partner acquisition process.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently, adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- At least 2 years experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use data and analytics while building on client conversations
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving.
- Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently.
