Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer service, ideally in a digital environment (e.g., SaaS, e‑commerce, IT support).
- Fluent in German and English — English is required for communication with our international development team.
- Good technical understanding and comfortable learning new tools.
- Reliable, structured, and able to work independently from a home office.
