Collaborating with product managers and designers to design, plan, and implement new features
Translating requirements into a scalable implementation plan
Defining non-functional requirements to ensure performance meets standards
Working on a cross-functional product development team responsible for building and maintaining CRM and AI products
Mentoring less experienced Software Engineers
Conducting technical interviews to assess Software Engineering candidates
Providing feedback to improve team processes
Facilitating design reviews and project planning
Creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Fostering collaboration within the team and across the company
Performing other related responsibilities as assigned by management
Traveling up to 5% as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
5+ years of experience developing software applications in an agile environment
Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
Proficiency with one or more modern web application frameworks, like Django, Flask, Rails
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
Experience working with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience building effective alerting and monitoring policies as part of feature development
