About the role
- Establish and grow a volume sales channel for standardized E-kiosk solutions outside the railway and public transport sectors.
- Identify and prioritize new target markets (e.g., amusement parks, stadiums, retail, industrial sites).
- Actively acquire new customers in the DACH region (phone, digital channels, face-to-face meetings).
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Present and sell our standardized E-kiosk products.
- Prepare proposals and conduct contract and price negotiations.
- Sell optional installation and add-on services.
- Identify and develop relationships with suitable sales partners.
- Take responsibility for revenue, contribution margin and unit sales in the sales territory.
- Maintain the CRM and report on sales activities.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a technical field — alternatively vocational training with experience in B2B sales of complex/technical products.
- Several years of proven experience in B2B new customer acquisition.
- Experience selling technical or complex products.
- Confident demeanor and strong closing skills at decision‑maker level.
- Experience in developing new market segments is an advantage.
- Structured pipeline management and confident use of CRM systems.
- Strong hunter mentality and high self-motivation.
- Independent, structured working style and resilience in outbound sales.
- Business-fluent German language skills.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and Benelux.
