About the role
- Responsibility for commissioning our safety management systems at the customer's site
- Installation and parameterization of hardware and software
- Configuration of the system and support with networking
- Supporting the commissioning process through to a successful go‑live
- Analyzing technical problems and finding pragmatic solutions
- Working in a team with technicians, project managers and customers
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering or IT, e.g., IT Specialist (System Integration) or IT Technician
- Good knowledge of IT and networking technology, and experience with databases and applications
- Interest in security systems and their integration (video, access control, intrusion alarm systems, fire alarm systems, etc.)
- Ability to work in a structured, self‑directed way and a strong willingness to learn
- Broad technical understanding, manual dexterity and enjoyment of hands‑on problem solving
- Experience in security technology, ideally with safety management systems
- Driver's licence (Class B), willingness for occasional on‑call duty and regional travel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good German language skills
