About the role
- You will take responsibility for planning, commissioning and operational support of network components.
- You will be part of a team permanently deployed on-site at our customer.
- Your responsibilities include ensuring the availability of the local IT infrastructure.
- Planning, commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance of network components.
- Cross-departmental technical support on IT-related topics.
- Support and execution of IT documentation.
- Maintenance of the helpdesk system and the knowledge base.
- On-call duty as part of the on-site team; no travel required.
Requirements
- Qualification as an IT specialist (System Integration or IT Systems Electronics), a technical degree, technician training in the IT field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in planning and commissioning IT network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of network configuration and network operations with CISCO (CCNA or CCNP certification desirable).
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style.
- Experience with security technology systems.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
