About the role
- Technical support and handling of after-sales services for passenger information systems
- Identifying and selecting appropriate spare part components
- Analyzing fault patterns and assessing possible causes
- Coordinating repairs and service deployments
- Spare parts management including demand forecasting and allocation
- Preparing quotations and orders and handling complete order processing in SAP
- Documenting complaints in the JIRA Service Desk
- Supporting inventory counts and quality reviews
- Maintaining customer contacts
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training with a strong technical understanding
- Good knowledge of electronic components such as power supplies, CPU boards and displays
- Experience in spare parts or service handling for technical products is an advantage
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes
- Proficient user of MS Office and SAP
- Ability to analyze fault descriptions
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiations
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
