About the role

  • You are responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, customized security system solutions and will also manage selected existing accounts.
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tender processes.
  • Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions.
  • Presenting and explaining our service portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Preparing proposal documentation and presentations.
  • Tracking inquiries and offers as well as preparing and processing contracts (VOB/VOL).
  • Contributing to project planning, translating requirements into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance.
  • Active involvement in the entire sales process with close coordination with technical departments and business partners, and supporting the company’s further development.

Requirements

  • Qualification in electrical engineering or a commercial qualification, or a related degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for customer-facing work
  • Experience in technical solutions or systems sales within security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, with a proactive drive to shape processes
  • Technical knowledge of networking and security systems
  • Negotiation skills, team orientation and a confident, customer-focused manner
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German
