About the role
- You are responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, customized security system solutions and will also manage selected existing accounts.
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tender processes.
- Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions.
- Presenting and explaining our service portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
- Preparing proposal documentation and presentations.
- Tracking inquiries and offers as well as preparing and processing contracts (VOB/VOL).
- Contributing to project planning, translating requirements into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance.
- Active involvement in the entire sales process with close coordination with technical departments and business partners, and supporting the company’s further development.
Requirements
- Qualification in electrical engineering or a commercial qualification, or a related degree
- Strong enthusiasm for customer-facing work
- Experience in technical solutions or systems sales within security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, with a proactive drive to shape processes
- Technical knowledge of networking and security systems
- Negotiation skills, team orientation and a confident, customer-focused manner
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Business-fluent German
