Project Manager

• Lead, plan, and deliver full onboarding projects for institutional clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Define the scope, milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource needs for each onboarding program.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, DBAs, DevOps, and Engineers to support data migration, system setup, and integration activities.
• Ensure that configuration, validation, and UAT cycles are completed successfully.
• Oversee client operational readiness, including user training, documentation handover, and go-live support.
• Manage new projects for existing clients (new modules, integrations, enhancements, regulatory updates).
• Gather client requirements and translate them into structured project plans.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure client needs are incorporated into product backlog and roadmap decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status reviews, and planning sessions with clients and internal teams.

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, refinement sessions)
• Ensure that the team consistently delivers high-quality increments aligned with sprint goals and product roadmap
• Maintain sprint velocity, delivery metrics, and predictability through proper planning and backlog discipline
• Identify and proactively remove blockers that impede the team’s progress
• Coach team members in Agile values, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration techniques
