About the role

  • Take part in building the roadmap: assess team capacity and plan work allocation
  • Coordinate development work: track what is being worked on, who is working on it, and where bottlenecks are
  • Monitor alignment with plans, people’s performance, and commitments; identify and improve recurring process issues
  • Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues about timelines and blockers and help remove those blockers

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Technical background — understand how web services work and acronyms like JS, TS, UML, JSON
  • Ideally have been a developer in the past
  • Ability to make reports and write simple scripts for data analysis
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and SQL
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to write long but clear documents and coordinate teamwork
  • English at C1 level (required)
  • Comfortable communicating with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues
