About the role
- Take part in building the roadmap: assess team capacity and prioritize which teams handle tasks
- Coordinate development: track what is being worked on, who’s working on it, identify bottlenecks and missing pieces
- Monitor alignment with plans, people’s performance, and commitments; spot recurring process issues and improve them
- Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues; answer timeline and blocker questions
- Help remove blockers and facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Join an existing project management team supporting a large, global fundraising product ecosystem
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical background — understand how web services work; familiarity with JS, TS, UML, JSON
- Ideally former developer experience
- Ability to make reports and write simple scripts for data analysis (Google Sheets, SQL)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to write long but clear documents and coordinate teamwork
- English at C1 level
- Ability to communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues
