About the role
- Take part in building the roadmap, managing team capacity and prioritization
- Coordinate development—track who is working on what, identify bottlenecks, and what’s missing
- Monitor alignment with the plan, people’s performance, and commitments; spot recurring process issues and improve them
- Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues; answer timeline and blocking questions and help remove blockers
- Join existing project management team and coordinate across distributed engineering teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical background; understanding of web services and acronyms (JS, TS, UML, JSON)
- Ideally prior experience as a developer
- Ability to make reports and write simple scripts for data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to write long but clear documents and coordinate teamwork
- English at C1 level
- Ability to communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues
