About the role
- Take part in building the roadmap and capacity planning
- Coordinate development: track what is being worked on, who is working on it, identify bottlenecks and missing pieces
- Monitor alignment with the plan, people’s performance, and commitments; spot recurring process issues and improve them
- Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues; answer questions about timing and blockers
- Help remove blockers to progress and coordinate teamwork across product and engineering
- Join an existing team of project managers to manage increased coordination needs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical background; understanding of how web services work
- Knowledge of JS (JavaScript), TS (TypeScript), UML, JSON
- Ideally previous experience as a developer
- Ability to make reports and write simple scripts for data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and SQL
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to write long but clear documents and coordinate teamwork
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Comfortable communicating with Russian-speaking teams
