Product Manager

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for donor-facing products.
• Lead a talented team of Product Owners (initially 4–6) to build a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to launch innovative capabilities that elevate the donor journey.
• Safeguard product integrity and architecture while enabling tailored solutions.
• Monitor performance and iterate quickly on insights from analytics, research, and GTM feedback.
