About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate customer data and financial documents to determine risk and reduce customer disputes
  • Conduct document and information checking and verification during credit assessments
  • Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports for the loan committee
  • Identify risks and provide mitigation actions
  • Provide professional opinions and recommendations to the Credit Committee on customers' financial credit status, following credit policies and guidelines
  • Track loan covenants to ensure compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Safeguard portfolio growth through credit-risk evaluation, accurate financial insights, and compliant lending decisions
  • Protect the platform from non-performing assets by verifying borrower financial data and anticipating loan risks
  • Deliver data-driven financial reports and recommendations to support lending approvals
  • Maintain portfolio health, compliance, and operational integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in the SME/Commercial segment within banking and/or peer-to-peer lending
  • Excellent understanding of business financial statements
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong verification and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude with team members and clients
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
