About the role
- Addressing Financial Advisors' (FAs') inquiries to gain insights into their common requirements.
- Conducting training for FAs on system utilization and enabling them to effectively communicate system functionalities to clients.
- Managing the comprehensive relationship lifecycle with the aforementioned clients.
- Developing a Financial Advisor and customer dashboard tailored to meet their specific needs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or UX/UI.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with discerning clients.
- Proficient in creating high-quality presentations using software like Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
- Possess foundational knowledge of Investment principles.
- Exhibits critical thinking skills and the capacity to propose enhancements for the customer experience.
- Available to work full-time (5 days/week) and able to start as soon as possible
