Key responsibilities & impact

Introduce and review static data points of portfolio companies, financial information, and valuation data at the target fund level, ensuring alignment with signed and executed documents.
Ensure data points are accurately introduced and updated in the Asset Details section of the investment process and platform, following quarterly reviews.
Verify the proper execution of Investment Committee (IC) decisions by collecting post-IC documentation and proof of ownership (e.g., target funds, private equities).
Monitor investment restrictions to prevent breaches and ensure proper documentation is maintained at each NAV calculation frequency.
Prepare payment instructions where applicable, ensure proper monitoring until final settlement, and update the payment date in the platform.
Oversee the registration and passporting process for fund distribution across jurisdictions, including notification and de-notification procedures.
Approve and supervise marketing materials and investor communications to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with the fund’s objectives and risk disclosures.
Escalate identified issues during the monitoring period to the relevant committees (e.g., FOMC, CO, BOM) to facilitate appropriate actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong ability to analyse financial data and legal documentation related to fund operations.
Basic knowledge of valuation models applicable to Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Fund of Funds (FoF).
Effective verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of work.
Collaborative mindset with a positive and proactive approach to supporting the unit.
