About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account mapping and outbound through to RFPs, negotiations and close
- Partner with product, marketing and business development to shape go-to-market strategies that resonate with financial institutions
- Establish and grow trusted relationships with senior compliance, risk and operations leaders at financial institutions
- Navigate complex sales processes including RFPs, proposal development, pricing negotiations and legal reviews
- Manage your pipeline with accuracy and accountability, providing clear forecasting and insight to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success selling B2B SaaS solutions into financial institutions (including asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds and pension funds), consistently meeting or exceeding quota on enterprise deals valued at **$150,000–$250,000+**
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, with the confidence and communication skills to influence very senior stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Experience selling capital markets, compliance or RegTech solutions, with a strong understanding of capital markets, trading workflows and the regulatory challenges faced by financial institutions
- Established relationships with decision-makers across compliance, operations and trading support functions within buy-side and sell-side financial institutions
- An entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with a track record of taking ownership, solving problems and delivering results in a fast-paced team environment.
