About the role

  • Plan, direct, execute and monitor the branch's commercial, service, digital adoption and risk strategies and activities.
  • Implement strategies aimed at meeting the branch's commercial objectives.
  • Understand the industry and lifecycle of the clients you manage.
  • Provide regular follow-up and support for the strategies and performance of your team.
  • Lead clients' business plans in coordination with specialized teams (ECA).
  • Approve credit and overdraft requests within your authority.
  • Manage, prepare and present credit operations for the clients you manage.
  • Promote digital adoption among the branch's clients and empower your teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product and service portfolios, with emphasis on Agribusiness and Government sectors.
  • Ability to leverage effective tools to deliver memorable customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with office software: Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
