About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic Planning and Urban Development: Develop comprehensive urban plans and occupancy strategies; plan and implement real estate development projects; conduct detailed analyses of real estate market trends.
Product Development and Project Structuring: Structure new property developments and create innovative product offerings.
Financial and Business Management: Develop the annual budget plan; analyze the economic feasibility of new projects; structure the projects' financial engineering.
Project Management and Execution: Supervise the management of developments and the construction of new assets.
Partnerships and Institutional Relations: Build partnerships with developers and construction companies; serve as the interlocutor in neighborhood association processes.
Governance, Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Support for Socio-educational Superintendency Projects: Provide technical leadership for socio-educational projects linked to real estate development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields.
Experience: Proven track record in real estate development, asset management and market analysis.
Technical Knowledge: MS Office (advanced Excel); MS Project; financial planning; project management; contract management; team management. Advantage: experience with Power BI.
Languages: English — advanced/fluent level.
