About the role
- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the Foundation's expansion plan
- Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of new management solutions (ERP, CRM, and social project management systems)
- Manage the portfolio of strategic projects using PMI practices and agile frameworks
- Lead the Data & Analytics (BI) strategy to support decision-making
- Establish IT governance and data compliance, ensuring full adherence to LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law)
- Define and lead the institutional strategy for the use of AI
- Manage the ecosystem of partners and external vendors
- Manage the department budget (CAPEX/OPEX)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable.
- Solid track record in IT management, preferably in organizations that have undergone modernization or rapid growth.
- Strong knowledge of IT Governance (ITIL/COBIT), cybersecurity, and hybrid methodologies (Waterfall + Agile).
- Proven experience leading the implementation of management systems (ERP/CRM).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Fluent/advanced level of English.
