About the role

  • Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with the Foundation's expansion plan
  • Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of new management solutions (ERP, CRM, and social project management systems)
  • Manage the portfolio of strategic projects using PMI practices and agile frameworks
  • Lead the Data & Analytics (BI) strategy to support decision-making
  • Establish IT governance and data compliance, ensuring full adherence to LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law)
  • Define and lead the institutional strategy for the use of AI
  • Manage the ecosystem of partners and external vendors
  • Manage the department budget (CAPEX/OPEX)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable.
  • Solid track record in IT management, preferably in organizations that have undergone modernization or rapid growth.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Governance (ITIL/COBIT), cybersecurity, and hybrid methodologies (Waterfall + Agile).
  • Proven experience leading the implementation of management systems (ERP/CRM).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Fluent/advanced level of English.
