About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Node.js, and React
Participate in the tribe's agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, and retrospective).
Perform technical analysis and requirements gathering.
Develop APIs and system integrations.
Create and evolve frontend components with a focus on usability and performance.
Write queries, stored procedures, and optimizations for SQL databases.
Execute tests, fixes, and continuous improvements in applications.
Support the definition of architecture and development best practices.
Work collaboratively with Product Owner, QA, UX/UI, and other tribe members.
Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of developed solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in tribes, squads, or multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with digital products and agile development.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience integrating systems and services.
Experience in environments focused on quality, scalability, and performance.
Ability to solve complex problems and make technical decisions.
Backend development with .NET (C#).
Backend development with Node.js.
Frontend development with React.
Experience with GraphQL (creating and consuming APIs).
Strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
Development and consumption of REST APIs.
Source control with Git.
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Software architecture concepts, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
