About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the evolution of institutional communication and brand positioning;
  • Ensure consistency of the company’s visual identity and messaging across all channels;
  • Participate in the development of institutional campaigns and brand-strengthening initiatives;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategic communication.
  • Plan and execute editorial calendars for social media and institutional channels;
  • Produce, review and monitor institutional, commercial and relationship-building content;
  • Monitor engagement, reach, audience and performance metrics;
  • Identify trends, content opportunities and digital best practices;
  • Support communication initiatives focused on positioning, reputation and demand generation.
  • Plan and support in-person and online events;
  • Coordinate vendors, timelines, schedules and logistics;
  • Organize the company’s participation in trade shows, conferences and strategic events;
  • Support webinars, videocasts and market engagement activities;
  • Coordinate agendas, guests, promotion and content follow-ups.
  • Support relationships with the press, PR agencies and institutional partners;
  • Produce press releases, editorial briefs and corporate content;
  • Monitor media coverage, publications and earned media opportunities;
  • Support initiatives to strengthen institutional reputation.
  • Develop institutional presentations and commercial materials;
  • Create one-pagers, case studies, brochures and sales support materials;
  • Support marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives;
  • Ensure alignment between branding, communication and commercial messaging.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising or related fields;
  • Previous experience in corporate communication, institutional marketing or branding;
  • Experience with events, content production and social media;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Analytical profile with a data- and performance-oriented mindset;
  • Familiarity with communication tools, presentation software and content management tools.
  • Experience in B2B companies, technology or health tech (plus);
  • Experience with press agencies and PR (plus);
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and analytics (plus);
  • Experience with webinars, podcasts or videocasts (plus);
  • Basic skills in video editing, design and AI tools applied to communication and marketing (plus)
