Senior Communication and Marketing Analyst
Funcional Health TechSenior Communication and Marketing Analyst supporting the development of health tech solutions and brand positioning. Collaborating on digital communication, events, and media relations strategies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the evolution of institutional communication and brand positioning;
- Ensure consistency of the company’s visual identity and messaging across all channels;
- Participate in the development of institutional campaigns and brand-strengthening initiatives;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and strategic communication.
- Plan and execute editorial calendars for social media and institutional channels;
- Produce, review and monitor institutional, commercial and relationship-building content;
- Monitor engagement, reach, audience and performance metrics;
- Identify trends, content opportunities and digital best practices;
- Support communication initiatives focused on positioning, reputation and demand generation.
- Plan and support in-person and online events;
- Coordinate vendors, timelines, schedules and logistics;
- Organize the company’s participation in trade shows, conferences and strategic events;
- Support webinars, videocasts and market engagement activities;
- Coordinate agendas, guests, promotion and content follow-ups.
- Support relationships with the press, PR agencies and institutional partners;
- Produce press releases, editorial briefs and corporate content;
- Monitor media coverage, publications and earned media opportunities;
- Support initiatives to strengthen institutional reputation.
- Develop institutional presentations and commercial materials;
- Create one-pagers, case studies, brochures and sales support materials;
- Support marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives;
- Ensure alignment between branding, communication and commercial messaging.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising or related fields;
- Previous experience in corporate communication, institutional marketing or branding;
- Experience with events, content production and social media;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Analytical profile with a data- and performance-oriented mindset;
- Familiarity with communication tools, presentation software and content management tools.
- Experience in B2B companies, technology or health tech (plus);
- Experience with press agencies and PR (plus);
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and analytics (plus);
- Experience with webinars, podcasts or videocasts (plus);
- Basic skills in video editing, design and AI tools applied to communication and marketing (plus)
