About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the evolution of products responsible for authorizing benefits, discounts, and payments in the pharmacy retail sector, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of the platforms
Define and evolve the strategy and roadmap for authorization products and integration with POS (point-of-sale) systems
Lead discovery, prioritization, and backlog management with business and technology teams
Translate commercial and operational needs into product solutions and features
Manage integrations with POS systems, authorizers, payment gateways, payment processors, and ecosystem partners
Monitor performance metrics, user experience, and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement of the transaction authorization journey, ensuring platform stability and scalability
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Compliance teams, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Digital Product Management (roadmap, discovery, backlog, and prioritization)
APIs and system integrations
Transactional systems architecture and high-availability platforms
Product metrics and data analysis
Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar)
BI tools and KPI/metrics analysis
Payments ecosystem: acquirers, gateways, issuers, and authorizers
Reconciliation and financial settlement processes
Anti-fraud and transaction security
POS operations and retail automation
Pharmacy benefit (PBM), discount and loyalty programs
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product, Business, Technology, or related areas is a plus
Certifications in Product Management, Product Discovery, Scrum, Agile, or Product Owner are a plus
